Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) is an evidence-informed approach that focuses on the role of emotion and attachment in how people relate to themselves and others. Originally developed for couples, EFT is now widely used with couples, individuals, and families to strengthen emotional bonds, resolve conflict, and help people access and process underlying feelings that shape behavior.
