I have a level 1 Train To Teach Mindfulness Certificate delivered by the Mindfulness Association. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I use mindfulness techniques in my practice, such as breathing techniques and body scans and guided meditation. I also work with my clients on assertiveness training & using healthy communication skills. I am a big advocate of psycho education which i feel helps us to better understand ourselves, which in turn allows us to become the best versions of ourselves. I also have a degree in Psychology which allows me to better understand the human condition.
