She holds a level 1 Train To Teach Mindfulness Certificate delivered by the Mindfulness Association and also has a degree in Psychology.
Michelle Jo works with people on a wide range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, depression, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, addictions, family matters, grief, intimacy-related issues, sleeping difficulties, parenting, anger, career questions, coping with life changes, coaching needs and compassion fatigue.
