My desire is to help you achieve your goals by providing a safe, authentic, and compassionate setting with an individualised therapy experience.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I abide by the ethical framework set out by this association. I provide a holistic approach to counselling by addressing your physical, mental, emotional, and social needs. I approach therapy in a very integrative, client-centered manner to ensure the highest quality care is provided in a non judgemental way.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include person centered, cognitive-behavioral, transactional analysis, solution-focused, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, mindfulness and more.
