Rebecca Williams welcomes visitors to her profile and acknowledges that seeking counselling can take a great deal of courage. She offers a safe, authentic, and compassionate space where people can explore past, present, and relevant issues while working toward their goals.
She adopts a holistic approach that attends to physical, mental, emotional, and social needs, delivering therapy in an integrative, client-centred way that aims to be non-judgemental. Rebecca is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and works in line with the ethical framework set out by that organisation.
Her practice draws on a range of therapeutic methods, including person-centred work, cognitive-behavioural techniques, transactional analysis, solution-focused strategies, psychoeducation, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness. She has experience supporting clients with ADHD, PTSD, complex anxiety, bereavement including specialist suicide bereavement, and eating disorders, among other concerns.
Rebecca is a qualified counsellor who provides individual counselling for people aged 16 and over, aiming to tailor each therapy experience to the person in front of her.
