Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a qualified humanistic integrative therapist working with clients for the past 10+ years . I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, domestic abuse, OCD, and ADHD using a range of interventions tailored to my clients.
My therapy style is warm and empathic, providing a non-judgemental space for clients to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatising labels.
My approach combines cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, psychodynamic, gestalt and transactional analysis. For relationship/couple work, my approach is systemic with a view to explore couple fit and attachment styles.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. It can be hard to take those initial steps in reaching out for support to work through a problem. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you throughout this journey.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes, research indicates that online sessions are often as effective as traditional in-person therapy.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide they need a different fit.
