I have worked in the voluntary sector for “Change, Grow & Live” and “The Forward Trust”, both nationwide organisations in the UK, supporting people with homelessness, addiction, and poor mental health. I have also worked in a community counselling setting with Ashford Counselling Service and Kent Counsellors in the UK

I came into this work by way of personal and professional evolution and had to recognise and put right the legacy of my childhood experiences. Through my own personal therapy experience I developed better ways to think, act, and see myself in the world around me. I became a better father, partner and friend and went on to train and qualify as a counsellor /therapist. I laugh and curse and you will always know you are with a real human being!
I bring a rich life experience around family issues, stepfamilies, and modern eclectic family life, giving me personal insight into the complex world of family dynamics. I worked extensively in the music business as a working musician/writer/producer and sound engineer for many years and understand creativity.
