Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi. Thank you for coming to my page.
Are you experiencing difficulties in your personal relationships, including those with partners/parents/children/friends/work? Or maybe you’re bereaved and struggling with losing a loved one? Do you have any health or mental health issues (anxiety/depression), or maybe you’re neurodiverse and perhaps newly diagnosed with Autism/ADHD/dyslexia and struggling to come to terms with this? Are you ‘mid-life’ and this is bringing up certain issues? Then, maybe I can help.
I have a lot of lived experience of all of the above issues, and more. In addition, I am a Jewish therapist based in the UK but lived in Israel for a number of years, (still with some Hebrew) so can empathize in particular with issues relating to that.
I am trained as a Person-Centred Counsellor, with experience of supporting clients with all of the above issues, and more, and through building our connection and working together, we can gently start to explore what is really happening for you and slowly work towards you feeling better. We may need to look at the past to gain insight as to what is happening in the here and now and why, or we may work on strategies for the present and the future.
Whatever you’re struggling with at this time, and whoever you may be, please know I will walk beside you through this difficult time, offering a warm, non-judgmental, non-directive safe space. Thank you for reading my page.

Louise Davies is a Person-Centred Counsellor based in the United Kingdom with three years of clinical experience. She offers supportive, non-directive therapy and works collaboratively with clients to explore what is happening for them now and how past experiences may be influencing the present.
She supports people facing difficulties in personal relationships – with partners, parents, children, friends or at work – as well as those coping with bereavement. Louise also works with common mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, and with clients who are neurodiverse or newly diagnosed with Autism, ADHD or dyslexia. Other areas she addresses include stress, family matters, intimacy-related issues, trauma and abuse, sleep problems, parenting, self-esteem and career-related challenges.
Louise brings lived experience of many of these issues to her practice and is a Jewish therapist who lived in Israel for a number of years and still uses some Hebrew. That background informs her ability to empathise with particular culturally related concerns.
Her approach is warm, non-judgmental and non-directive. By building a trusting connection, she guides clients to gently explore their situation, working either on insights from the past or practical strategies for the present and future. Louise aims to walk alongside people during difficult times and to provide a safe, accepting space in which change can begin.
Many people ask whether talking with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging, which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if you feel a different fit would be beneficial you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, these options make therapeutic support more accessible while preserving the core elements of effective care.
