Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the format that suits you best whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide care remotely, and if you find you need a different match you are able to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical way to work on mental health concerns while keeping the same quality of professional support as face-to-face care.
