Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a trained and qualified therapist working with adults, children, teenagers and young people. I work integratively, employing the main theoretical disciplines, but predominantly use person-centred, CBT, Solutions-focussed, Psychodynamic and Creative therapies. This means I am flexible and able to adapt my approach specifically to suit you and your needs. No two people are the same and no two counselling journeys are the same; everyone is unique.
I am warm, caring and easy to talk to. I will always try to make you feel at ease and am genuine and compassionate, my aim is to listen with care and support you in exploring your difficulties. Very much we will be working together collaboratively. I see my place as providing a safe space and environment for you to look at and talk through areas of difficulty or worry. The time we spend together will be responsive to and guided by you.
I don’t shy away from challenge in helping you explore and understand yourself and your thoughts and actions but do this always in a gentle, collaborative investigative way, helping you to understand and challenge yourself better. Therapy will be directed towards exploring your goals, aims and wishes and I encourage you to always talk to me and tell me if my approach or anything I do isn’t working for you. Therapy is for you and so it has to respond to you and your needs.
Having read this far, I totally understand that starting counselling can be daunting and a trip into the unknown – please know, I am happy to answer any questions you may have and I hope that knowing what to expect will help you feel comfortable to get started with counselling. You can ask questions at any time and I actively encourage you to message me in between sessions with any thoughts, questions, worries or anything you want to share. I always answer as soon as I possibly can, certainly within 24hours. I know it can be frustrating waiting for a reply but please bear with me if I can’t answer quickly – I will always answer. The only exception would be if I am marked as away on vacation.
In our first session together we will talk through what you want from your sessions and how we might work together. Our work together will always be guided by and responsive to you and your needs.

Kim Gregory is a trained and qualified therapist who works with adults, children, teenagers and young people. She practices using an integrative approach, drawing on person-centred, CBT, solution-focused, psychodynamic and creative therapies so she can adapt methods to fit each person’s needs.
She aims to create a warm, caring and easy-to-talk-to atmosphere, listening with care and offering genuine, compassionate support. Kim approaches therapy as a collaborative process, providing a safe space where clients can explore areas of difficulty or worry at a pace that suits them.
While she will not avoid challenge, Kim uses a gentle, investigative style that helps people explore and understand their thoughts and actions, and to consider new ways of responding. Therapy is directed toward the client’s goals and she encourages open feedback if an approach does not feel helpful.
Kim understands that starting counselling can feel daunting and is happy to answer any questions people have before or during the process. She welcomes messages between sessions to share thoughts, questions or worries and aims to reply as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours, except when marked away on vacation.
In the first session Kim will discuss what the client wants from therapy and how they might work together. Ongoing work is guided by the client’s needs and preferences throughout the counselling journey.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life transitions – online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person treatment for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their life best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to attend sessions without major disruption to daily routines.
All sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can offer a convenient and effective way to access support for a wide range of everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
