Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully qualified counsellor and accredited member of the NCPS. I work in an integrative way using a range of different modalities and therapies in order to find the right fit for clients. At the core of my work is person centred therapy and sessions will very much be client led, but I also include other modalities such as Transactional Analysis (TA), Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where necessary to help challenge unproductive thinking patterns.
At times we will all experience difficult feelings, or face challenges which can leave us feeling confused, troubled, distressed and isolated. These problems can also have an impact on the relationships in our lives. I offer a warm, safe and non judgmental environment where you can explore problems and discuss issues and concerns and where i can help you to facilitate the change you want.
I have worked with clients with a large range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, health anxiety, lack of motivation, self esteem issues, and with survivors of domestic and sexual abuse . I look forward to helping you to explore issues in order to make positive changes in your life.

Many people ask whether virtual therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be equally effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. Overall, online therapy offers an accessible and practical route to support for many everyday mental health needs.
