Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Jennifer, a BACP registered therapist with experience in person-centered and integrative therapy.
I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but I’m here to offer a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re facing challenges with self-esteem, anxiety, neurodiversity, or other aspects of life, I will work with you to reflect, guide, and unpack what’s going on.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you as an individual. I create a safe and open environment where we can explore your concerns, and I use various therapeutic tools to help you process emotions, develop self-confidence, and better understand yourself. Together, we’ll work on building the emotional resilience you need to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
I believe that therapy should empower you to make lasting changes, and I’m here to help you feel more confident, regulate your emotions, and navigate life’s difficulties. My goal is for you to leave our sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself and a renewed sense of strength.
I’m responsive to messages and journals and check in at various times throughout the day. If I receive a message after 8:30 pm, I will do my best to reply, but it may be the following morning. Please note that on Sundays and some bank holidays, I may not reply until the next working day.
I try to accommodate as many schedules as possible, so if you have a specific time preference, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. I also offer sessions via live chat, telephone calls, or video calls to make things as accessible and flexible as possible.
The first session is our chance to get to know each other and find the best way to work together, but if you’d prefer to reach out before then, feel free to send a message or journal entry, and I’d be happy to respond.
If you’re ready to explore how I can support you, please get in touch.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit is practical flexibility – individuals can choose the mode of connection that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine or to access support from different locations.
Therapists who offer online sessions are licensed professionals, and it is possible to change therapists if someone feels a different fit would be better. Online work can make it simpler to maintain continuity of care while adapting to each person’s schedule and preferences.
Ultimately, online therapy offers a convenient alternative to face-to-face appointments while delivering comparable support for many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
