I incorporate art therapy, mindfulness, breath work techniques to help manage difficult emotions and thoughts. Additionally, I work with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help clients connect with deeper emotional layers. I also offer specialised integration therapy for those with psychedelic experiences. With a broad knowledge and deep interest in this area, I provide a safe space to explore and understand these profound journeys.
My experience encompasses working with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, sexual and physical abuse, domestic violence survivors, addiction, and bereavement. Additionally, I have a deep understanding and experience in working with neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism, recognising the unique strengths and needs in this area.
