As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and an accredited member of the National Counselling Society, I bring extensive experience in supporting clients with a wide range of challenges, including disordered eating, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family issues, work-related stress, and navigating neurodivergence such as ADHD.
I believe that you are the author of your own story and possess the strength to overcome obstacles. My role is to support and guide you in uncovering that strength and making positive, lasting changes in your life.
My personal journey has given me a deep understanding of how isolating and overwhelming life’s struggles can feel. I have faced my own challenges, including disordered eating, Fibromyalgia, Cluster headaches, and anxiety. These experiences have shaped my compassionate approach to counselling, allowing me to empathize deeply with my clients. I understand how these struggles can take over daily life, creating cycles of guilt, shame, and frustration—but I also know that recovery and transformation are possible.
I am especially passionate about helping individuals with disordered eating break free from painful patterns and establish a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves. Together, we can explore the root causes of your struggles, address the pressures that contribute to them, and develop new coping strategies in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
I can help with a range of issues from relational issues, money issues, anxiety, stress, work issues and many more. I am highly skilled in working with clients who have ADHD and Autism and can help you also come to terms with a late diagnosis too.
I specialise in people who are prone to binge and emotional eating and new for 2025 I can help clients using Mounjaro weight-loss injections as part of their journey, I offer specialized support to navigate the emotional, mental, and lifestyle challenges that may arise. Weight-loss journeys often bring up complex feelings and thought patterns, and I can help you manage these in a safe, empathetic space. Together, we’ll work on fostering a positive mindset, addressing barriers, and supporting long-term well-being alongside your treatment plan.
For clients with ADHD, I offer tailored support to help manage the unique challenges this can bring to daily life. Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming, impacting focus, organization, emotional regulation, and relationships. My approach is rooted in empathy and empowerment, helping you develop practical strategies to manage symptoms while fostering self-awareness and acceptance. Together, we’ll work on leveraging your strengths, addressing areas of difficulty, and creating a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I am relational in my approach, working hard to create a safe, collaborative environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns. I understand how societal pressures and past experiences can make you feel stuck, but I believe that with the right support, you can move toward a life where you feel empowered, peaceful, and more aligned with your authentic self.
Whether you are navigating disordered eating, ADHD, a weight-loss journey with Mounjaro, or other challenges, my goal is to help you uncover the tools and strategies that work best for you. Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the way of connecting that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide online support are licensed professionals, and if a different match is needed it is possible to switch to another therapist. Online work can offer practical, consistent access to support while keeping the focus on progress and wellbeing.
