Throughout the past 16 years I have counselled clients in a variety of settings, both within the private and public sector. I offer a non judgmental, and confidential safe space in which you can explore any issues you need help with; which may include depression, low self esteem, anxiety, panic attacks, isolation, relationship problems, psychological impacts of trauma, self harm, suicidal ideation and addictions.
