Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Wendy — welcome, and thank you for visiting my page.
I want to start by offering you a warm welcome and genuine appreciation for taking the time to be here. Reaching out for support can be a big step, and I’m glad you’ve taken it.
The past is a part of our story, but it doesn’t have to be the whole story, you hold the pen to your future. In our work together, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your journey with compassion, curiosity, and care. My approach is collaborative and grounded in your unique goals — helping you move toward the future you want, at your own pace.
To support your needs and lifestyle, I offer flexible session options including video, phone, and text-based therapy.
I have experience working with a wide range of challenges, including:
Life transitions, changes, and endings
Trauma and abuse (emotional, physical, narcissistic, and domestic)
Grief and loss
Relationship difficulties
OCD, with a particular focus on Relationship OCD (ROCD)
Intimacy concerns and female life stage changes including a special focus on Menopause.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of where to begin, I’m here to help. Taking the first step can feel daunting — but you don’t have to do it alone. Reach out today, and let’s take that first step together.

Wendy believes the past is part of a person’s story but does not have to dictate the future – she encourages people to take an active role in shaping what comes next. In therapy she provides a non-judgmental space where exploration happens with compassion, curiosity, and care. Her way of working is collaborative and tailored to each person’s goals, allowing change to happen at a pace that feels right for them.
She offers flexible session formats to fit different lifestyles, including video calls, phone appointments, and text-based therapy. Wendy has four years of clinical experience and works with a broad range of difficulties such as life transitions and endings, trauma and abuse including emotional, physical, narcissistic, and domestic trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, obsessive-compulsive issues with a focus on Relationship OCD (ROCD), intimacy concerns, and female life stage changes including menopause. Her practice also addresses stress, anxiety, depression, LGBT-related issues, family and parenting matters, anger, self-esteem, career concerns, compassion fatigue, and ADHD.
Wendy’s training includes Integrated Psycho-therapeutic Counselling, Compassionate Enquiry, specialist study in Baby and Infant Loss and Grief and Loss, Transactional Analysis (TA), a Certificate programme in Women’s Trauma, an Integrated Sex and Couples Certificate, Felt Sense Polyvagal Model training for Trauma and Addictions, training in Treating Complex Trauma with IFS Therapy, and a Diploma in Dealing with Narcissism. These qualifications inform a flexible, person-centred approach grounded in established therapeutic models.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, research and practice show that online therapy can be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions. It is a suitable option for a wide range of everyday mental health needs and life challenges.
One major benefit is the convenience and flexibility it offers – people can choose the communication method that fits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to incorporate therapy into busy schedules and to access support from different locations.
Each therapist available through these services is a licensed professional, and individuals may change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy provides an accessible, practical way to begin or continue therapeutic work without changing the quality or intent of care.
