Do you feel ripped apart and shaken to your core? You don’t want to be a burden to friends and can’t talk to family, it is all so overwhelming. The deepest pit of despair and hurt, mixed emotions, anguish, anger, confusion, barely coping with intense non-stop life changes. Loss of family, partner or treasured friends, sudden or chronic terminal illness, loss of the person you used to be, aging, guilty lifestyle, fear of a new job and moving, or the prickling heartache from loss of your pet. You don’t even have the strength to take the next step, to pull yourself through while trying to reach your old self. You need a safe space.
A warm welcome to your non-judgemental space, where I will work alongside you with empathy and compassion in an open, friendly, and professional way. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling sessions. Evening appointments are available and some Saturdays as agreed.
I’m here to offer you a treasured soothing safe space, far away from the icy cold sharpness of hurt, harsh noises, watchfulness, splashed with dread and uncertainty. You can safely step into a bedrock of complete confidentially. Rooted here cautiously you can begin to trust yourself, little by little let your guard down, and gently embody your true self.

Virginia Toole offers a warm, non-judgemental space for people who feel shaken by loss and overwhelming life changes.
She supports those facing the deepest pit of despair – hurt, mixed emotions, anger, confusion and difficulty coping when life becomes relentless. Her practice addresses grief from the loss of family, a partner or treasured friends, sudden or chronic terminal illness, the loss of a previous sense of self, ageing, guilt about lifestyle choices, fear around a new job or moving, and the heartache that can come from losing a pet.
Alongside grief work, Virginia also helps with stress, anxiety, addictions, relationship and family difficulties, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related issues, parenting challenges, anger, self-esteem, career concerns, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, compassion fatigue and coaching. She offers both short-term and long-term counselling to meet different needs.
Based in the United Kingdom with six years of experience, Virginia provides an empathetic, friendly and professional approach. Evening appointments are available and some Saturdays can be arranged. Her aim is to create a soothing, safe environment where clients can cautiously rebuild trust, lower their defences and begin to reconnect with themselves.
