Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a counsellor/therapist licensed in the UK with significant experience working as a counsellor in private practice and in hospice settings. I also have an interest in working in the outside space and have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and addiction. I also helped many people who have experienced recent bereavement or have been given a terminal illness diagnosis.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-informed approaches. I will tailor our work together to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you on your jorney.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to change therapists if they decide they would prefer a different fit.
