Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful.
