Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome and thank you for taking the first step in investing in yourself and your journey of personal growth!
I am a professional licensed counsellor/psychotherapist with over 6 years experience. I have a bachelors degree (BSc Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling and a diploma in counselling children & adolescents.
I have worked with a variety of people, with young people aged 11 upwards to elderly who have suffered from low self esteem, anxiety and depression. I have also worked with people who have experienced abusive relationships, trauma, anger, addictions, self harm, suicidal, body dysmorphia, eating disorders and much much more.
I trained as a therapist following my own life experiences that led me to become passionately committed to helping others in supporting people who are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing. I am empathic, non-judgmental and provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore the things that are troubling you at your own pace.
My approaches are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred, mindfulness therapies, solution focused, exposure therapy and existential therapy.
Together we can explore the difficulties that you are going through in a safe, confidential space, giving you my full support and guidance during this time. Through this process I will help you to believe in yourself and your ability to move towards those positive changes that you are looking for within your life.
I look forward to meeting you soon and working with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns, such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key advantage is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if someone would prefer a different clinician they can switch to another therapist at any time to find a better fit.
