Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! My name is Roger and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 32 years of experience in counseling and behavioral interventions. I received my MSW from the University Of Washington and I’ve had a long association with King County Mental Health.
My approach is solution focused and person centered. I’ve had training in Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I enjoy supporting people who have concerns across the spectrum of mood and thought disorders. I will work with you to find the strategies that best address what you need.
I am also very interested in issues with creativity and imagination and in helping clients move through the barriers that keep them from fully expressing themselves. Counseling can help prepare us for the risks and rewards of sharing ourselves and our creations with the world.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible route to professional support for many everyday mental health needs.
