Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
You’re not alone, and you don’t have to have it all figured out.
Hi, I’m Rachel, a qualified counsellor and a real human behind the title. I offer warm, down-to-earth online counselling for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or just not themselves right now.
Whether you’re navigating big changes, carrying grief or anxiety, facing relationship challenges, or simply trying to make sense of who you are, I provide a calm, supportive space for you to explore what matters – at your own pace, without judgement.
My approach is grounded in the person-centred tradition, which means I’ll walk alongside you rather than tell you what to do. I believe you already hold the answers and my role is to help you hear them more clearly.
Counselling isn’t just a profession for me, it’s deeply personal. I’ve faced my own storms, including cancer, divorce, motherhood, step-parenting, and career reinvention. These experiences don’t make me an expert in your life, but they do shape my empathy, honesty, and ability to really sit with you in the tough stuff.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over a decade in leadership and business. Today, I bring that same clarity, focus, and genuine care into my therapy work – holding space that’s both compassionate and gently challenging, when needed.
If you’re reaching out for the first time, know this: it’s okay to feel unsure. You’ve already made a brave step by being here.
Let’s explore what you need, together.

Rachel Sprunt is a qualified counsellor based in the United Kingdom who offers warm, down-to-earth online counselling for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or not themselves. She has 3 years of experience and works with common concerns such as stress, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, depression, and coping with life changes.
Her work is grounded in the person-centred tradition – she walks alongside clients rather than telling them what to do. Rachel believes people already hold many of their own answers and aims to help those answers become clearer through a calm, non-judgemental space.
Counselling is deeply personal for Rachel. Having faced cancer, divorce, motherhood, step-parenting, and a period of career reinvention, she brings empathy and honesty shaped by those experiences. Before training as a counsellor she spent more than a decade in leadership and business, and she brings that clarity and focus into therapy.
As a female, non-religious, liberal therapist, Rachel offers compassionate support that can also be gently challenging when needed. For anyone reaching out for the first time she acknowledges it can feel uncertain, and she recognises that taking this step is often a brave decision. She provides space to explore what matters at a pace that feels right for each person.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For everyday difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and you have the option to switch therapists at any time if you want a different fit. For many people, the combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a practical route to getting support.
