Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I am a qualified integrative counsellor working with adults and young adults online and from my office in Heswall, Wirral. I provide a confidential service within a sensitive, warm and safe space for you to explore your own situation.
How counselling can help?
I believe that a secure therapeutic relationship allows connection to the true self, beliefs and values. It can also support finding greater peace of mind. Together we can discuss your concerns and look at your experiences in a non-judgmental, accepting environment.
Counselling is for people challenged with mental health, of course it is. But it is also for people that are struggling with, anxiety, with life, with relationships, with self esteem, and with communication that could do with some help BEFORE it becomes a mental health issue.
I provide support for people suffering with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, self esteem, bullying, self harm, suicidal thoughts and more. If you need to find some space to talk to someone about your situation or how you feel, please contact me and I should be able to offer you an appointment within a few days. Whether therapy can help depends, in my opinion, on the relationship between us.
A bit about me
I find people very interesting and feel very privileged to be in a position where I get to be let in to peoples most private spaces and share a short time in their life. I get to witness how they transform, to be present in the room when my clients get those amazing light bulb moments, those new points of awareness, when new perspectives are being made clear. I always have your best interest at heart.
Doing this for a few years now I feel very lucky to do a job that I absolutely love, a job I currently do for free (volunteering) as well as with paid clients, I have an insatiable thirst to learn more and more techniques and modalities, increase my own awareness and expand my skills.
I am a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) as well as the National Counselling Society. I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS check.
I provide counselling in English and Hebrew

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy can be an effective alternative to traditional in-person sessions and has been shown to perform similarly for these issues.
A major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy can therefore offer accessible, professional support while adapting to individual needs and schedules.
