Pazit Clayton is a qualified integrative counsellor who works with adults and young adults both online and from her office in Heswall, Wirral. She offers a confidential service within a sensitive, warm and safe space where people can explore their situation.
She believes a secure therapeutic relationship helps clients reconnect with their true self, beliefs and values and can support finding greater peace of mind. She works collaboratively to discuss concerns and to examine experiences in a non-judgmental, accepting environment.
While counselling is available for people experiencing mental health difficulties, Pazit also supports those who are struggling with anxiety, life pressures, relationship difficulties, self-esteem and communication challenges and who would like help before problems develop into clinical issues.
She provides support for people dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, self esteem concerns, bullying, self harm, suicidal thoughts and more. If someone needs space to talk about their situation or how they feel, contacting Pazit should make it possible to arrange an appointment within a few days. In her view, whether therapy helps often depends on the relationship between therapist and client.
Pazit finds people very interesting and feels privileged to be invited into some of their most private spaces for a short time. She values witnessing transformation and being present when clients have those light-bulb moments and gain new perspectives, and she keeps each client’s best interests at heart.
With seven years of experience, she feels fortunate to do a job she loves and combines paid work with volunteering. She has an insatiable thirst to learn new techniques and to expand her awareness and skills.
Pazit Clayton is a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) as well as the National Counselling Society, is fully insured and holds an enhanced DBS check. She provides counselling in English and Hebrew.
For many common concerns - such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes - online therapy can be an effective alternative to traditional in-person sessions and has been shown to perform similarly for these issues.
A major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best - video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging - which often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy can therefore offer accessible, professional support while adapting to individual needs and schedules.
