Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am friendly, down to Earth and direct. I am friendly and use common sense. I am not judgemental and my focus is purely about helping you.
The treatment approach I use is known as Psychodynamic. This is a deep therapy that gets to the root of issues. I hold a Masters Degree in Psychodynamic Therapy and am currently doing a research doctorate on the way therapy works with military personnel and veterans.
Psychodynamic work will bring all sorts of things to the surface and we can then work on them together. One of the great things about being a Psychodynamic practitioner is that the range of issues I can assist you with is endless.
I work with clients from all backgrounds and I also specialise in Military and Emergency Services clients, with whom I began working in 2019.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person work for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care across changing schedules.
Each therapist available is a licensed professional, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they feel another fit would be better. For many people, online therapy offers a practical and effective route to getting support for everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
