Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Life does not always go according to plan and it sure can be messy sometimes. It is nice when you can be expressive and heard as you share your messiness. My name is Trish, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I am here to support you and encourage you through the ‘messy’. I have been in the field for over 25 years guiding, supporting and cheering on clients, couples, and families as they make way for change. My background is serving pediatrics to geriatrics. I have a passion to work with Veterans of all ages as well as first responders and active military. As a mother of 5 children, I have both the professional and personal knowledge of child development, family systems, and the complexity of family dynamics. I have an extensive background in grief work. Keeping in mind, grief is not just a death loss but any significant change in our life that was unexpected, unplanned, or did not go according to plans. Think about those big events in your life (divorce, moves, change in jobs, relationships, etc) how did you feel and react? Each big event that did not turn out the way we hoped may have unresolved feelings attached. Let’s dig into those feelings and work through our hurts and disappointments to build a resilient toolbox to help us through future messy times.
My interactive, supportive style of therapy is built into creating a plan of care with solution focused goals in a short term treatment therapy formula to assist in making changes and improvements. Life gets messy, that’s for sure. However, when we have the necessary supplies and support during those times, we are better equipped to embrace the big events and things don’t feel or look as messy.

Many people wonder whether virtual appointments can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that best fits their schedule and comfort, choosing between video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to keep continuity of care when life is busy or circumstances change.
Licensed professionals conduct online sessions, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they are seeking a different fit. For many, the combination of clinical training, adaptable formats, and easier access makes online therapy a practical option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
