Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!About my practice.
I am a warm, friendly and open minded individual who is non-judgemental and would like to be able to understand your problems and help you find your own way in moving forward with a new outlook in life.
I offer both short and long term counselling for individuals using different models such as CBT and Humanistic approaches. Due to my initial training being humanistic, I have developed a variety of ways of working, understanding that everyone has different needs and what may work for one may not work for another. I may use creative tools, but only if you are comfortable in this.
All my work is client led and it is your time to explore what you are going through and I will be there with you in your journey.
Getting the right therapist for you is essential to making positive changes in your life through counselling or talking therapies. You will never be judged by me, but will be heard and understood. I am a passionate professional who is dedicated to helping others.
It’s not easy sharing difficult and personal issues, so I make it my priority to make sure you feel that I am a good match for your needs.
When you’re ready, get in-touch and let’s begin your journey of self discovery.

Mehreen Haroon-Ali is a UK-licensed therapist with five years of professional experience supporting people facing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, depression, and major life transitions. She also works with clients on motivation, self-esteem, confidence, addictions, grief, family and parenting concerns, intimacy-related issues, eating and sleeping problems, anger, bipolar disorder, ADHD, compassion fatigue, career questions, and LGBT-related matters.
She adopts a warm, open-minded and non-judgemental stance, believing that each person is the expert on their own story and brings strengths that can help them move through challenges. Mehreen offers both short- and long-term counselling and draws on cognitive behavioural therapy alongside humanistic approaches developed through her initial training. She adapts her methods to each individual – sometimes offering creative tools if the client is comfortable – and keeps work client-led so people can explore what matters to them at their own pace.
Mehreen recognises that starting therapy takes courage and makes it a priority to ensure people feel heard and understood rather than judged. When someone is ready to begin, she invites them to get in touch and start a collaborative journey toward a new outlook on life.
Many people wonder whether remote counselling makes a meaningful difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility. Individuals can choose the connection method that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to engage from a preferred environment.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they decide a different fit would better meet their needs. Online therapy aims to offer accessible, adaptable support for those seeking help with everyday mental health concerns.
