Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Mandika — I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m a counselling psychotherapist offering a calm, steady space for anyone feeling overwhelmed, emotionally unsettled, or unsure of where to begin. Life can build up quietly, and reaching out for support is often the first moment you allow yourself to exhale.
I trained in Person-Centred Counselling and the Psychotherapeutic Relationship at the University of Warwick, and I’m currently completing my MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing. I’ve worked across private practice, university mental health services, addiction support, and crisis roles, supporting people through anxiety, stress, trauma, low mood, identity concerns, relationship patterns, and the quiet pressures that slowly accumulate over time.
My approach is warm, relational, and intuitive. You don’t need to arrive with perfect words or a clear picture of what you want to work on — not knowing where to start is a starting point, and we begin gently from there. I work integratively, drawing on person-centred foundations, trauma-aware practice, and contemporary psychological understanding to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and genuinely human.
Clients often describe therapy with me as steadying — a space where they can slow down, understand themselves with more clarity, and feel deeply heard rather than judged.
If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or simply ready to explore what’s been sitting beneath the surface, you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and we can navigate the next steps together, at your pace.
Whenever you’re ready, I’m here.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the format that suits you best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to engage in a way that feels most comfortable.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if someone decides they would prefer a different fit, it is possible to switch therapists. Online therapy can therefore offer both the therapeutic support needed for common mental health concerns and the practical convenience many people seek.
