Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have 25 + years working with adults, kids, teens and families with a wide range of concerns. My experience includes supporting parents with:
foster/adoptive children,
children with autism,
children with mental health concerns and/or behavioral problems.
I also have many years of experience working with trauma, including sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence and severe violence. In addition, I have experience with depression, anxiety, and overcoming poverty.
My approach is very eclectic, but is mostly humanistic and sometimes cognitive and/or behavioral. I see my role as supporting people in whatever direction life takes them or helping them over the bumps in life, even the big bumps. I tend to use a direct and pragmatic approach. My style is very interactive, sensitive, and compassionate.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many individuals, online therapy provides an accessible, practical option for addressing everyday struggles and supporting long-term mental health.
