Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Sometimes we need space to feel heard, sometimes we need space to think and be present with ourselves. I am non-judgemental regardless of my own values and beliefs. As your therapist I will accept you for who you are and meet you with empathy. I will be with you in your chaos, in your binding and I will be patient with your process. With a person-centred approach I welcome people from all walks of life providing empathy, honesty, and unconditional positive regard.
My aim as a therapist is to provide a safe, accepting, non – judgemental therapeutic relationship in which I will help you explore and make sense of what you need to. I believe each person experiences different realities due to their perceptions of the world; I find this to be the beauty of uniqueness.
I have completed an undergraduate degree in psychology, a masters in Person-centred experiential counselling and psychotherapy practice and I am a current doctoral student in counselling psychology.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to continue care during transitions.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they want a different therapeutic fit. For many, the convenience and accessibility of online sessions make it a practical option for getting consistent, professional support.
