Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Louise, and I am a fully qualified, Diploma Level 4, therapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist. I am based just outside of London and run my own private practice as a private therapeutic integrative counsellor offering both psychodynamic and person centred therapy.
I see clients via telephone and video sessions, and I am available for therapy sessions daytime, evening and Saturday daytime. I see clients with a wide range of mental health and physical health problems and also receive referrals from existing clients. Please see attached listings to view my range of areas I am experienced to work with.
I also work for PAM Assist UK as an Associate EAP telephone counsellor and Validium Health Heroes UK, which works in conjunction with my private practice. I started my journey in counselling in a work placement with St Christopher’s hospice as a bereavement support volunteer and I do still offer my help and services to St Christopher’s hospice. I love my role as therapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist and feel passionately about helping others work through their struggles and overcome their challenges to move forwards in their life, feeling empowered and able to embrace their journey.
I feel it is imperative to build a strong, trusting, therapeutic relationship as this supports our therapy together to be warm, comfortable and successful. I very much look forward to working with you,

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy is generally as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it simpler to fit therapy around work, family and daily commitments.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists if they want a different fit. For many people dealing with everyday mental health challenges, online therapy provides an accessible, adaptable option to get the support they need.
