Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker LCSW, licensed in the state of Florida with over 8 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Psychology, cum laude, and a minor in Public Administration. I then obtained my MSW in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University where I graduated summa cum laude. I have worked with clients ranging from children as young as age 5, to late adulthood that suffer from a wide array of concerns: Anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, Bipolar I and II, comorbid disorders, depression, couples counseling, family counseling, LGBTQ+ issues, schizophrenia, PTSD, and trauma.
My therapy style is always to meet the client where they’re at, warmly, with no judgement. We’re all on this crazy journey called life together, and nobody gave us a roadmap. Of course there are going to be twists and turns and bumps in the road along the way. My job is to help you navigate through them successfully. My therapeutic approach combines mindfulness first and foremost, with cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment, solution focused therapeutic modalities. You will always be an active player in your own treatment. Your treatment plan will consist of agreed upon goals that are tailored to your specific needs and desires. Are you ready to take that first step to bettering the rest of your life? It all starts here. Let’s get to work!
