Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi.
My name is Krystyna. I am a Counsellor & Psychotherapist who helps people who have experienced traumatic life events to break free from fear (anxiety) and build happy, full of contentment lives. I am fluent in English and Polish and I am confident to work in either language. As a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor & Psychotherapist (I completed my Degree at the Greenwich University in London). I can work effectively in a short-term solution-based therapy; (up to twelve sessions) or an open-ended counselling, whereby the sessions are paced in line with clients’ needs and readiness to embrace positive changes.
During a counselling session, I look to form a strong professional relationship with my clients; based on trust and firm boundaries. We would work together to understand the roots of your symptoms and their impact in your life. This new awareness will help us to choose a suitable approach to better manage or even fully relieve your symtomps.
Recovery is only possible with clients’ permission – when they are ready to safely let go of the symptoms and work their way out towards freedom – you chose the pace and I will support you when you walk Your Path. I currently offer sessions via a secure online platform and by phone, depending on your preference – from a comfort of your own home.

Krystyna Jankowska is a counsellor and psychotherapist who supports people affected by traumatic life events to move beyond fear and anxiety toward more contented lives.
She is fluent in English and Polish and is comfortable working in either language. Krystyna is a fully qualified practitioner who completed her degree at Greenwich University in London and has 4 years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy.
Krystyna offers both short-term, solution-focused work of up to twelve sessions and open-ended counselling where the pace is set according to a client’s needs and readiness for change. In sessions she aims to build a clear professional relationship founded on trust and firm boundaries.
Working together, she helps clients explore the roots of their symptoms and how those patterns affect daily life. This increased understanding guides the choice of approaches to better manage symptoms or, where possible, relieve them.
She emphasises that recovery proceeds with a client’s permission and readiness to let go of unhelpful patterns; clients choose the pace and Krystyna offers guidance and support as they work toward their goals. She currently provides sessions by phone and via a secure online platform, allowing clients to attend from the comfort of their own homes.
