Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome and thank you for visiting my page. I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in the UK with over 3 years experience.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, depression and anxiety, traumas, grief, abuse, relationship issues, family and attachment issues.
I specialise in working with anxiety, the loss of a pet and men’s mental health. These are all areas which I find are still largely overlooked, yet are hugely important.
My approach to working with clients has been formed from my own experience of therapy. I understand how scary and vulnerable starting therapy can feel, but I also know what a difference having a resilient, yet gentle and understanding therapist can make to that journey.
I utilise a range of theories and modalities to ensure that I am able to offer a completely individual experience for each client. Some of these include, breathing exercises, somatic body work and guided meditation, with a strong focus on ensuring a healthy connection with the mind and body.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental and understanding environment for you to be heard, to explore how you feel, explore the past and its impact on the present whilst offering challenges to help you achieve your therapeutic goals and move forward.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process, you are not alone.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they are free to switch therapists at any time.
