Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thank you for taking time to look at my profile. I understand choosing the right Therapist can be overwhelming and I hope you find what you are looking for here
Maybe you are here because you often feel excluded from others and feel that people are dismissive towards you? When you are around other people do you sometimes feel like you do not fit in and find yourself overcompensating? Does this bring questions to the surface such as “is it me?”
Maybe you feel lonely, you may be surrounded by many people but somehow, they just don’t get it?
I work as an Integrative Therapist using different modalities and Theories to help bring awareness of what may be going on under the surface at an unconscious level. I often work with supressed feelings and emotions and deep routed beliefs that prevent us from living life, building connections and growing.
Understanding what is happening underneath the surface can help us to identify patterns of behaviours which can lead to understanding ourselves better. We can then start to learn what are needs are now and what we may have needed in the past. Building a rounded picture of the different parts of our self, understanding them, acknowledging them, showing compassion to them and then healing.
Together, through understanding we can build a toolbox of adaptive strategies tailored to your needs to help you to feel happier, build confidence and grow healthy relationships.

Jennifer Edwards appreciates visitors taking the time to view her profile and understands that choosing the right therapist can feel overwhelming. She aims to offer a clear sense of what she provides so people can decide if her approach might suit them.
People often come to Jennifer because they feel excluded or experience others being dismissive. Around others they may sense they do not fit in, find themselves overcompensating, or wonder “is it me?” Some clients describe a loneliness that persists even when they are surrounded by people who do not seem to understand them.
She works as an integrative therapist, drawing on a range of modalities and psychological theories to identify what may be operating beneath conscious awareness. Her work frequently focuses on suppressed feelings, buried emotions and deep-rooted beliefs that can prevent connection, personal growth and a fuller engagement with life.
Exploring what lies underneath current patterns of behaviour helps clients to recognise present needs as well as needs from the past. Jennifer supports clients in building a rounded view of the different parts of the self, acknowledging them, offering compassion and creating space for healing.
Working together, she helps clients develop a personalised toolbox of adaptive strategies designed to improve wellbeing, build confidence and foster healthier relationships.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that feels most comfortable, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life and maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if a client feels they need a different fit they may switch to another therapist at any time.
