Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed psychotherapist in Colorado and Oklahoma with an emphasis on family and marital therapy. I have over 10 years of experience assisting others with their personal growth and expanding limited mindsets in a deliberate and conscious way. Throughout all of my sessions, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and private space for clients to effectively and productively express their emotions. I specialize in breaking generational trauma/curses, inner childhood wounds, religious (including LDS) trauma, substance/drug abuse, anxiety, depression, creating healthy boundaries, toxic perfectionism, body positivity, limited beliefs, LGBTQ+ issues, couple’s counseling, conflict resolution, and pornography addiction. I also deal with topics such as sex therapy, sexual dysfunction, sexual infidelity, and low libido.
I have extensive background in evidenced-based therapies, such as narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and mindfulness practice. I will tailor my approach towards the client based on the client’s own preferences and needs in therapy. Throughout our sessions, I will help you formulate various coping strategies and goals to help you grow.
If you ever feel that you are in need of urgent help or in a crisis, please call 1-800-273-TALK 24 hours a day; or 911. This platform currently does not have any emergency services available, so I want to ensure that you have the proper resources to get the help you need in the event of crisis.
It takes an incredible amount of courage and awareness to reach out for help. My ultimate goal is to guide you in the direction of healing and personal growth; if you feel that you are ready, I will be here to unconditionally support and empower you every step of the way.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions – online therapy can be just as effective as in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that virtual sessions are well suited to these kinds of issues and can support meaningful progress.
One of the primary benefits of online therapy is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their life and comfort level, connecting with therapists via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistent treatment while balancing work, family, and other obligations.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to request a different therapist at any time if they feel a different fit would be helpful. For many people, virtual therapy provides an accessible, effective route to support and growth.
