Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Hannah Green
I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor, and I’m here to support you through life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, grief, past abuse, or social anxiety.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental, and warm space where you can explore and make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is collaborative—I believe you already have the ability to create change in your life, and together we can find the path that works best for you.
How I Work
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. This means we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and experiences in ways that make sense for you, helping you move forward toward your goals and a healthier, happier life.
I’m trained in:
Person-Centred Therapy
Attachment Theory
Transactional Analysis
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
I walk with my clients every step of the way, providing a safe space to dive deeper into your inner world. I know every person is unique, so I use a mix of evidence-based approaches to suit you and your journey.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to understand what’s been happening in your life, explore patterns in behaviour and thinking, and uncover new ways to move forward. My role is to empower you to accept your challenges and create meaningful, long-lasting change.
You don’t have to face this alone.

Hannah Green is a fully qualified integrative counsellor based in the United Kingdom with 7 years of experience providing therapy services. She works with people facing a wide range of concerns – including stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief, depression, relationship and family difficulties, and challenges such as addictions, eating and sleeping problems, parenting and career issues.
Hannah offers a warm, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based – she believes clients already have the capacity to create change and she supports them in finding the path that suits them best.
As an integrative counsellor she draws on a range of therapeutic methods and adapts them to each person’s needs. She is trained in Person-Centred Therapy, Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and she combines these approaches to help clients understand patterns in thinking and behaviour and to develop new ways of coping.
Hannah works alongside clients throughout their journey, supporting them to accept challenges and to build meaningful, lasting change. She identifies as a female, gay, non-religious therapist and provides care that includes LGBT-focused concerns and intimacy-related issues among many other specialties.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This makes it a practical option for people seeking support without changing their routine.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of connection that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, online work provides a convenient, effective way to access skilled therapeutic support.
