Being an integrative psychologist, I adapt and bring together different evidence-based psychological approaches and therapeutic techniques which suit your individual needs, circumstances, and goals. My approach to therapy is warm and holistic, helping you to gain awareness, integrate and provide care for the different dimensions of yourself and your life, including your emotions, thoughts, physical experiences, and relationships with yourself and others. My training encompasses a variety of specialist psychological approaches, including Humanistic therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
My expertise includes working on an international level with clients from a wide range of cultures and ethnicities to explore recurring patterns that lead to emotional distress, learn to treat themselves with compassion, build resilience, and find inner peace. The areas of my special interest include anxiety (work-related anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder-OCD), low self-esteem, personal development, shame/guilt, depression, loss, matherhood/pregnancy concerns and interpersonal difficulties (romantic relationship/family/friendship concerns).
