Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, it’s lovely to meet you! I am Gemma and I am credentialed in the UK with over 7 years of professional work experience in a counselling role. I have lots of experience in helping clients of different age ranges from children and young people to adults with issues around stress and anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, depression, family conflicts, bereavement & trauma and all types of abuse to name a few. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths within yourself that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can be very difficult and take a lot of courage. It can be quite scary and uncomfortable, but you should be very proud of yourself for wanting to work through your thoughts and feelings. My therapeutic approach is predominantly person centered, which allows you as a client to work through your thoughts and feelings in a safe and non judgmental space, but I can also work integratively to enhance the therapeutic experience which include using different forms of therapy and tools. I am available to use video, telephone and chat to communicate and I also regularly and actively respond to messages. Really looking forward to meeting you!

Many people ask whether talking with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity between sessions.
Each therapist you work with will be a licensed professional, and if you ever feel the fit is not right you have the option to switch to a different therapist. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible option for many common mental health and wellbeing concerns.
