Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you experiencing an issue in your life that is having a negative impact on your everyday wellbeing? Counselling could be the gateway to finding a new way of working through whatever is causing difficulty, distress, confusion or overwhelm.
I am a qualified, BACP registered and experienced counsellor (MBACP) offering Person-Centred therapy to individuals. Over the course of my casework my clients have brought a range of issues, in particular addiction, depression, abuse, anxiety, bereavement, suicidal ideation, anger, relationship issues, low self-esteem, overwhelm and trauma.
How do I work?
I practise an integrative approach that is based on a Humanistic, Person-Centred, and Existential framework that also incorporates aspects of Mindfulness and working with awareness of the body in the present moment.
I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is crucial to the therapeutic process and so my aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where my clients can explore new ways of working with whatever they may be struggling with in order live their lives more fully.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better.
