Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a person-centred counsellor offering confidential one-to-one sessions, where you can talk openly and be truly heard.
Over the years, I’ve supported people facing a wide range of challenges, including domestic abuse, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationship and family issues, low self-esteem, trauma, and abuse. Whatever you’re going through, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to face it all by yourself.
My approach is gentle, respectful, and always free from judgement. I believe that we all need a bit of support from time to time, and I treat every person I work with with warmth, acceptance, and genuine care.
I understand how daunting it can feel to reach out for counselling. It takes real courage to take that first step, especially when things already feel difficult. If you’re feeling unsure or anxious, please know that I’ll do everything I can to help you feel comfortable and at ease.
I’m not here to offer advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I offer a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, in your own way. Our sessions are led by you—because you’re the expert on your life.
If you’d like to find out more or just have a chat about how I work, I’d love to hear from you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and managing life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility. People can connect in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would work better.
