Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Adina, a licensed Therapeutic Counsellor in the UK with over 5 years of dedicated professional experience. I am trained in Person Centred and Psychodynamic Modalities, however my approach is integrative and holistic.
I work with clients from Europe and other continents.
My background encompasses assisting clients in areas such as empowering their internal dialogue (the most important work and focus in the sessions!), motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, as well as navigating healing ancestral family patterns, relationships, career challenges and adapting to life’s transitions.
I am committed to fostering personal growth while guiding individuals on their journeys to heal past wounds and manage future anxieties.
As a lifelong learner and staunch advocate for personal development, I’m on a mission to empower people worldwide with simple yet potent healing techniques that can transform lives and businesses.
I truly believe that each person is full of inner resources that they can tap in any given situation. I use therapy (and other holistic modalities, including energy work when it suits the client) as a channel for people to remember and tap into their inner resources. For example, the same way that you remember a negative memory from the past, you can remember a positive one too.
With a versatile background spanning 11 years, to complement traditional counselling, I bring extensive expertise as a Reiki Master, and Quantum Flow Practitioner, Business Coach and Mentor, among other roles.
I’m the creator of Conscious Release Therapy, a ground-breaking integrative healing method accredited with a Level 3 Diploma by the ACCPH and endorsed by the IPHM.
I firmly believe that you hold the expertise in your own life story, and I’m here to support your journey toward a more fulfilling and joyful life. Taking that initial step towards self-improvement and healing is an act of courage, and I’m honoured to be part of your process.
The foundation work that we first do is to get you in your Personal Power. This is done with the help of a fun and simple energetic exercise called The Red Rose. The Red Rose is meant to neutralise those feelings and emotions that have made you React, and not Respond.
Another powerful exercise is part of the Hawaiian mantra of Ho’oponopono: Im sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, Thank you… I added the most powerful statement that you could incorporate in your vocabulary: I give myself permission to…..
The first 4 statements from the Hawaiian mantra are directed to your Inner Child, The 5th statement, the Permission, is directed to you as a Capable, Confident, Gracious Adult.
And then…the healing process can safely begin!
Thank you for considering me as your guide.
Reach out to me today, and let’s work together to create positive and lasting change in your life.
Thank you.
FOR COUPLES THERAPY
In couples therapy, I use the same comprehensive and holistic approach as I do in individual therapy.
I focus on showing couples how to slow down and connect with each other during difficult times, while they are in distress. By encouraging emotional vulnerability and intimacy, I help partners communicate more openly and support each other better. This approach helps strengthen their bond and improve their relationship.
Before having the first session you will both have to individually complete a short assessment/questionnaire. I would need this sent to me BEFORE the session. Thank you.

Elisabeta Oltean is a licensed Therapeutic Counsellor based in the United Kingdom with six years of professional experience. She is trained in Person Centred and Psychodynamic modalities and works from an integrative, holistic perspective.
She supports clients from Europe and other continents, focusing on empowering the internal dialogue that often becomes the core work of therapy. Her practice addresses motivation, self-esteem and confidence, healing ancestral family patterns, relationship difficulties, career challenges and adapting to life transitions.
Elisabeta is committed to fostering personal growth while guiding people to heal past wounds and manage future anxieties. As a lifelong learner and advocate for personal development, she shares simple yet potent healing techniques aimed at transforming lives and businesses.
She believes each person carries inner resources they can access in any situation, and she uses therapy alongside other holistic modalities – including energy work when it suits the client – as a means for people to remember and draw on those resources. For example, the same capacity to recall a negative memory can be used to recall a positive one.
Her broader professional background spans 11 years and complements traditional counselling. She brings experience as a Reiki Master, Quantum Flow Practitioner, Business Coach and Mentor, among other roles. Elisabeta is the creator of Conscious Release Therapy, an integrative healing method accredited with a Level 3 Diploma by the ACCPH and endorsed by the IPHM.
She works from the belief that each person is the expert in their own life story and offers support toward a more fulfilling and joyful life. Taking the first step toward self-improvement and healing is acknowledged as an act of courage, and Elisabeta welcomes the opportunity to be part of that process.
The initial foundation work aims to help clients find their Personal Power through a simple energetic exercise called The Red Rose, designed to neutralise feelings and emotions that have led to reactive responses rather than thoughtful responses. Another exercise she uses draws on the Hawaiian mantra of Ho’oponopono – “I’m sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, Thank you” – to which she adds the statement “I give myself permission to…”. The first four statements are directed to the Inner Child, while the permission statement is directed to the capable, confident adult, and from there the healing process can begin.
For couples therapy she applies the same comprehensive, holistic approach used in individual work, helping partners slow down and connect during moments of distress, encouraging emotional vulnerability and intimacy to improve communication and strengthen the relationship. Before the first couples session, both partners are asked to complete a short assessment individually and to send it prior to the appointment.
