Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor, offering a flexible and client-centered approach that adapts to meet your unique needs. My practice is rooted in person-centered, psychodynamic, and humanistic modalities, which means that the therapy is guided by you—the client—focused on the issues that matter most to you. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you are met with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine presence.
I also believe that our bodies can hold valuable insights into unconscious feelings, and when appropriate, I integrate mindfulness techniques to help you connect more deeply with your experience.
While I specialize in working with couples and addressing relationship, intimacy, and sexuality concerns, I also work with a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, BPD, PMDD, eating disorders, sleep difficulties, addictions, work-related issues, self-esteem, loneliness, loss and bereavement, trauma, abuse, social anxiety, and more.
Taking the step to seek help requires courage, and I am here to support and empower you as you navigate that journey toward healing and change.

Elinor Taylor is an integrative therapeutic counsellor based in the United Kingdom with 4 years of experience, offering a flexible, client-centred approach that adapts to each person’s needs. Her work is grounded in person-centred, psychodynamic and humanistic modalities, so therapy is led by the client and concentrates on the concerns that matter most to them.
She aims to provide a calm and supportive environment where clients are met with empathy, unconditional positive regard and a genuine therapeutic presence. Elinor also recognises that the body can hold important clues to unconscious feeling, and when it suits the work she brings mindfulness techniques into sessions to help clients deepen their connection to experience.
While she specialises in working with couples and in addressing relationship, intimacy and sexuality concerns, Elinor supports people with a wide range of issues. These include stress, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder (BPD), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), eating disorders, sleep difficulties, addictions, work-related problems, self-esteem, loneliness, loss and bereavement, trauma, abuse, social anxiety and related challenges.
Taking the step to seek help can take courage; Elinor is available to support and empower clients as they navigate the process of healing and change.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a broad range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and coping with life changes – evidence shows that remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that fits them best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life or when attending in person is difficult.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if a client feels a different therapeutic fit would be better they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, practical route to consistent support and progress.
