Hi There! Thank you for looking at my page.
I would be a great Therapist match for you if you are experiencing challenges with your mental health, trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety and a multitude of other negative experiences such as Dissociation and Personality Disorders. I specialise in relationships, sex and intimacy and qualified as a Couples and Relationship Counsellor in 2012 and I have additional specialist qualifications in Grief and Bereavement, Trauma, Abuse and Mental Health. I have successfully counselled many individuals and couples over the last sixteen years with a variety of challenges and issues causing upset, stress and the breakdown of relationships. My approach is friendly and supportive. As an integrative therapist you get all of the foundations of unconditional positive regard, non judgemental attitude and congruence from Person Centered Counselling mixed in with other helpful approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, Rational Emotive Therapy and many more. Don’t get caught up in the jargon though. I tailor make my therapy to best suit your individual or couples challenges and explain everything in an easy to understand manner so you know what is going on, why it is going on and how you can learn to manage whatever is causing you distress.
My passion is helping others to help themselves. With a wealth of support, information and techniques to hand let me assist you to lead a healthier, happier life full of great relationships, confidence and experiences. I look forward to working with you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals and therapists, and if you decide you would prefer a different fit you have the option to switch providers. Online therapy can offer practical, effective support for many common mental health and relationship concerns while making access more convenient.
