Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an accredited counsellor of the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) and an accredited graduate psychologist of the BPS (British Psychological Society) and COP (Colegio Oficial de Psicologia) with over 8 years of qualification (BSc and 3 MSc) and over 5 years of experience working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I provide therapy in English and Spanish and due to my background, I can help people by providing ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, Emotion Management and Positive Psychology approaches in my sessions.
I have studied a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Psychology at the University of Almeria and 3 Master’s degrees (Clinical Psychology, Third Wave Psychological Therapies and Prevention of Addictions) at the International University of Valencia and at the International University of La Rioja. I am currently waiting to complete my master’s dissertations for my fourth Master’s degree (Bioethics).
I have more than 5 years of experience working as a psychologist/counsellor, beginning in early 2019. Since that moment I have been working in several different places as a psychotherapist with people with addiction problems, anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, sleep disorders, cancer, emotional dependence, communications problems, phobias and self-esteem problems.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
Its main advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it much easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time. Online formats therefore offer an accessible option for many people seeking support.
