I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from a BACP accredited college.
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), the largest professional body for counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK. My practice complies with the BACP’s stringent ethical and professional guidelines. I have full DBS (CRB) certification, professional indemnity insurance and clinical supervision.
In addition to my private practice I also work in community mental health supporting clients with long term severe mental health problems, connecting them to statutory and voluntary agencies. I also have experience working as an independent mental health advocate and in occupational therapy.

Clive Fisher draws on his own experience of living with anxiety and depression to connect with people who are struggling. Having personally benefited from counselling, he developed greater self-awareness and practical coping strategies, and he aims to support others in building similar skills to manage daily life.
He holds a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from a college accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). He is a registered member of the BACP and works in line with its ethical and professional guidelines. Clive also holds full DBS (CRB) certification, maintains professional indemnity insurance, and receives regular clinical supervision.
Alongside his private practice, Clive works in community mental health where he supports people with long-term severe mental health problems and helps them connect with statutory and voluntary services. He has additional experience as an independent mental health advocate and in occupational therapy.
Clive supports clients with a wide range of concerns and has particular experience with anxiety, depression, self-esteem difficulties, relationship and family issues, anger, loss and bereavement, trauma, and abuse. He adopts a person-centred stance and uses an integrative approach, applying some or all of the humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive, and existential models to suit each individual.
