Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
I’m a transcultural Person-Centred Counsellor, a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), I’m based in London and work with people here in the UK and internationally.
Since 2012, I’ve been working with clients in a variety of settings such as the NHS, national charities in the UK and as a Counsellor for migrant women victims of domestic violence, in community counselling and in my own private practice.
I feel passionate about the direct relationship social injustices have on intergenerational trauma, race and identity. Social constructs can have, understandably, a profound impact on our mental health. As a therapist, I believe that in therapy such constructs can begin to heal and support you live the life you wish and choose for yourself.
I am bilingual and can offer sessions in both English and Spanish.
I do take pride in the high-quality therapy I provide and the results people that I have worked with have experienced. Please check my availability slot to book your sessions.
All the best

Claudia Turbet-Delof is a transcultural Person-Centred Counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), based in London and working with people in the United Kingdom and internationally.
She has 11 years of professional experience and has been working with clients since 2012 across a range of settings, including the NHS, national charities in the UK, community counselling services, and as a counsellor supporting migrant women who are victims of domestic violence, as well as in her own private practice.
Claudia is committed to exploring how social injustices relate to intergenerational trauma, race and identity, and she recognises how social constructs can profoundly affect mental health. She believes therapy can begin to address these impacts and help clients build the lives they wish to lead.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Claudia offers sessions in both languages. She takes pride in the quality of the therapy she provides and the outcomes her clients have experienced. Prospective clients are invited to check her availability to book sessions.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For a range of common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
Flexibility is one of the main benefits. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
