Greetings to you! My core value as a therapist is that all clients deserve unconditional support and service. I am a POC (black and indigenous) and have experience vast experience counseling clients from marginalized populations and clients from ‘alternative’ communities. My approach is inclusive and client centered; come as you are and know you will be in a safe, respectful, supportive space as we listen to each other and make progress in your therapeutic recovery. I am a LPC with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health. Solutions focused, Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Reality/Choice are just a few examples of the treatment approaches I have used to help clients reach their therapeutic goals.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly make a difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjusting to life changes – online therapy can be comparable to traditional in-person sessions for helping people work toward their goals.
One major advantage is the flexibility it offers. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable for them: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists offering these services are licensed professionals, and you have the option to switch therapists anytime if you decide a different fit would better support your progress.
