Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome to my page. My name is Catherine and I am here to help and support you move forward if I can.
I am a level 7 multi heritage licensed therapist in the UK, with over 4 years of professional work experience, education, and training. I have experience in helping clients in many different areas including ADHD, GAD, loss and grief, Depression, Anxiety, Isolation, Relationships, and much more.
I am more than happy to work with any ethnic background or culture, because whilst counselling is primarily focused around the client, it is also good experience and beneficial for therapists to familiarise themselves with other’s ethnicities and cultural backgrounds, so we can appreciate and respect those differences.
Through continued personal and professional development I took the leap to open my own successful clinical practice so that I could help more clients. I take each of my clients on an individual basis and afford each of my clients the same level of commitment and respect they deserve.
If you do contact me and you do not get an immediate response, please bear in mind that I shall be in session with another client but I will always get back to you as soon as I become available.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, and together we work to resolve issues.
I encourage my clients to book a live session with me so that we can familiarise ourselves with each other and I can obtain an understanding and clearer perspective of my clients issues. From that initial interaction I shall always get to work setting my clients obtainable goals, so they can challenge themselves. Or I may ask my clients to complete worksheets suitable to their issues, the aim being to raise more of an awareness to the presenting problem, then we can get to work solving the problem and bringing about positive change.
I appreciate counselling and therapy can be a worrying experience but “If you always do what you have always done, then you will always get what you have always got”.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Many people ask whether online therapy genuinely helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone decides the fit is not right they have the option to switch to a different therapist. Online therapy offers an accessible route to start addressing everyday mental health and life challenges with qualified support.
