Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you going through a life changing transition such as bereavement, relationship breakdown, career loss or change? All of these things involve grief, and can leave us feeling down, anxious, lacking motivation and purpose, losing confidence and self esteem.
I help my clients to rebuild and restructure their lives – reconciling the past; finding joy in the present and building dreams for the future.
I have also worked in an addiction recovery setting, Sometimes the consequences of the old addictive behaviour seem overwhelmingly shameful, but I help my clients navigate their way back into their life as a newly sober and clean individual.
I’ve been an accredited counsellor for over 5 years. I create an open and safe environment where my client’s thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work in a non-directive, humanistic way, which means that every session is led by what is upper most for you.
Previous clients say that they …
“felt validated and accepted from the first session”;
“”felt an instant rapport and connection”
found “perspective… I feel like myself again”
“I found my happy self again”
“I feel confident and I’m looking forward to the next phase of my life”
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I’m looking forward to helping you to write the next chapter of your life.

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most cases.
A major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if someone wants a different therapeutic fit they can change therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, professional option for support with everyday mental health challenges.
