Many people wonder whether remote therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in whatever way feels most comfortable, whether by video call, telephone, live chat or in-app messaging. That adaptability often makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients can switch to a different therapist at any time if they prefer another fit.
